Celtic Community Leisure is an exciting and innovative ‘not-for-profit’ Trust. It was established to manage nine local authority facilities in Neath Port Talbot. Supportive, fun and professional – we will encourage you to actively fulfil your ambitions. The successful applicant with be responsible for the supervision of all swimmers visiting the centre.

You need to...
Be fanatical about exceeding customer expectations, show commitment to developing our leisure facilities for the local communities, be passionate about the leisure industry and it is essential that you hold a valid NPLQ. It is desirable for the candidate to have a current First Aid Certificate and a Swimming Teaching Qualification.
