Gymnastics Parties (Age 6 - 14yrs)
Gymnastics Parties will include the use of the gymnastics equipment, refreshments, use of the music system when required and matting area. An instructor will teach the children skills and techniques on stretching, flexibility, jumping and balancing exercises.
Hip Hop Parties (Age 5 - 14yrs)
Hip Hop Parties will include use of music system, refreshments and an open space in the studio. An instructor will teach the children stretching and flexibility work relevant to hip hop / street dancing.
Pamper Parties (Age 4 - 10yrs)
Pamper Parties will include female cosmetics, hair and beauty treatments, use of the music system and refreshments. The children will have french manicures and pedicures, hair styling and a chocolate fountain for their indulgence.
Disco Karaoke Parties (Age 6 - 14yrs)
Disco Karaoke Parties will include use of the music system and an open space in our studio with the option of staging if required for a Disk Jockey. A member of staff will solely be there to assist the parents and serve soft drinks behind the portable bar area.
Tumble Tots Parties (Age 2 - 7yrs)
Tumble Tots Parties will include use of our gym tots equipment, matted area in the studio and use of our music system. An instructor will teach the children how to do jumps, rolls and balance techniques.

The Bouncy Castle Parties (Age 2 - 14yrs)
The Bouncy Castle Parties will include the use of the bouncy castle, a member of staff will monitor the bouncy castle at all times, refreshments, use of the music system and a matted soft play area.
Army Assault Course Parties (Age 5 - 14yrs)
Army Assault Course Parties will include, army camouflage backdrops, camouflage face paint for each child, use of the music system, refreshments and a matted soft play area. Games will be played such as hitting moving targets with toy guns and foam bullets plus hide the bomb games.
Arts and Crafts Parties (Age 5 - 14yrs)
Arts and Crafts Parties will include refreshments, use of the music system, and use of our arts and crafts resources and matted soft play area. The older children can have an exciting time using balloons and colouring pens, coloured paper / card and bead making. The soft play area will be for the younger children to play.
Traditional Party Games Parties (Age 5 - 12yrs)
Traditional Party Games Parties will include refreshments, use of music system, a large matted area for games such as musical chairs, musical statues, pass the parcel and stuck in the mud.

Football Parties (Age 5 - 14yrs)
Football Parties will include a referee, use of the football goals and football bibs. The referee will divide the children into teams, explain the rules and go through a few football drills such as
passing, shooting and dribbling
Netball Parties (Age 5 - 14yrs)
Netball Parties will include a referee, use of the netball posts and netball bibs. The referee will
divide children into teams and explain the rules and go through a few netball drills such as
passing, shooting and zone running.
Cricket Parties (Age 8 - 14yrs)
Cricket Parties will include an umpire, use of the cricket nets and equipment. The umpire will divide the children into batting and bowling teams and explain the rules of the game. The umpire will assist in bowling and offer batting techniques..
Roller Skating Parties (Skates size start at childrens size 10)
Roller Skating Parties will include roller blades / skates and the use of the music system.
A member of staff will ensure the safety of all the children and adults by directing them in
one direction around the sports hall.

Party Bags and Face Painting
Party bags are available at an additional cost of £1.50 per child and face painting
at £8.50 per party. |
