Circuits

A multi station class, structured to challenge all components of fitness which will improve stamina and strength - suitable for all levels.


Bodymax

An instructor led, hand held weights class designed to seriously sculpt and tone your body from tip to toe.


Fit Ball

A phyiso ball orientated workout designed to sculpt and tone with an all over body approach. This challenging yet non – vigorous approach will stimulate core stability whilst exercising muscles and improve motor skills such as balance. All abilities welcome.


Aerobics

A choreographed sequence of movements, giving the whole body a workout - suitable for all levels and abilities.


Pilates

Pilates is a calm exercise class incorporating various techniques designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. This non vigorous class will provide numerous benefits posturally
and improve your balance, all levels welcome.


Salsa

A lively dance class structured around a choreographed sequence of salsa dance moves. This class is great fun for all abilities and no partner is necessary to attend.


Step

An energetic class using the step maximising the ultimate cardiovascular workout, followed by a weight toning programme for a sculptured physique.


Skip ‘n’ Box

Using a partner, pads and gloves, you will follow a sequence of boxing techniques in a cardio vascular workout. This vigorous fitness class will suit those whom have an intermediate level of
ability.


Cardio Kickbox

A combination of kicks and punches choreographed into an aerobic workout for all levels and abilities

Yoga

A relaxed sequence of stretch and flexibility
moves to keep the body supple and strong..


Low Impact Aerobics

A lighter approach to the aerobic workout, whilst continuing to give a whole body workout.
