There is an extensive range of classes on offer at Neath Sports Centre. Whatever your level of fitness or age we have a class to help you get fit and stay healthy. To find out more about our class please view the descriptions below.

Fab Abs

A fabulous class which targets the stomach muscles, flattening toning and tightening the area. All abdominal exercises are complemented with back strengthening
exercises to create a balance, which in
turn improves posture.

Ropics

Hailed as the next jump forward in fitness. This class will increase fitness, endurance, stamina and co-ordination. A superb overall body conditioning work out. Rope skipping re-defined.

Body Pump

Reputed to be the fastest way in the universe to get in shape. The resistance-training programme incorporates barbells and adjustable weights with highly motivational music to maximize the experience. Body Pump is one of the most successful classes world wide as it delivers a fantastic all over body workout.

Body Attack

Anyone wanting to challenge their fitness levels with a cardio vascular work out? You can expect high energy high heart rate and rapid changes, orchestrated activity at its best! Unique excercise experience so come on attack your fitness goals today!

Circuits

This will enter you into a total body workout. The instructor will get through pre-set workout stations, which will improve your stamina, speed, endurance and muscular tone. An ideal class for football, rugby, hockey and other regular sports players.

Power Circuits

A multi station excercise class to test the fittest of bodies. The most vigorous training class in the area will
push your stamina, strength and endurance to the limit. An excellent way to gain that meaner, leaner look.

Total Toning

Sculpt your total body with this power packed class. Ideal for targeting those problem areas. Let this class enhance your body shape forever.

Step Aerobics

Hi/Lo class with tons of easy to follow fat burning moves to challenge all levels of fitness. The class is
then finished off with some core stability excercises for those tums, followed by relaxing stretch sequences to
increase flexibility.

Boxercise Fast and Furious

High impact de-stressing calorie burning class that you've been waiting for! Suitable for all fitness levels, will improve strength stamina, fitness and muscle tone. 40 minute burn out to start your week on the right track.

Extend Class for Fabulous 50's

This class involves gentle excercise to music and is suitable for anyone over the age of 60 and also less able people of all ages. Extend and improve mobility and daily living while increasing healthy life expectancy. Have fun
while exercising, meet new people and remember - ageing is not a disease - help yourself to health!
Please note; part of every class is taken seated

Body Combat

Work out sensation of the year! One workout that will raise your intenmsity and fitness level. This will attack fat and kick cholesterol down where it belongs. Structures to get results safely, but mostly its high energy fun!

Yoga

Excercise for the mind and body - book early to avoid disapointment. (maximium 15 per class)
