Since its conception as the first
Leisure Trust in Wales, Celtic Community
Leisure has aimed to provide quality
leisure facilities on behalf of
Neath Port Talbot County Borough

Quest Accreditation is the UK
scheme for sport & leisure;
it was launched in September 1996
and is a framework for managing
sport & leisure facilities.
By using the Quest framework,
it allows managers to manage more
efficiently and effectively, and
move closer to meeting and exceeding
customer needs through the ethos
of continuous improvement. Significantly,
Quest has been designed for the
industry by the industry.
Celtic Community Leisure has siz Quest accredited sites and is working towards obtaining Quest across all it's portfolio.
Celtic Community also holds Investores in People Accrediation.
