Sculpt your total body with this power packed class. Ideal for targeting those problem areas. Let this class enhance your body shape forever.

Step

An energetic class using the step maximising the ultimate cardiovascular workout, followed by a weight toning programme for a sculptured physique.

Power Max

Repetition weight training using adjustable weights. Overall body toning without bulking. Suitable for all levels.

Easy Step

A lighter approach to step while continuing to give a whole body workout.

Yoga

Yoga is a dynamic stretch programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. It combines controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create a holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.

Indoor Cycling

A bike class where the instructor will lead you through a pre-planned route over hills, along the flat and includes the occasional sprint section. This class is great fun and the fastest way to burn fat.

Cardio Kick

A combination of kicks and punches, choreographed into an aerobic workout, suitable for all levels and abilities.

Body Balance

Re-energise and uplift the body with a class combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Body Balance gives individual focus on flexibility, strength and controlled breathing, bringing the mind, body and soul into a increased state
of harmony and calm.

Fitball

A group based activity designed to develop and strengthen your core muscles using the revolutionary fitball.

Circuits

A multi station, structured to challenge all components of fitness which will improve stamina and strength - suitable for all levels.
